for the left lead canter are: right hind, followed by the
diagonal pair of the left hind and
right front, followed by the "leading"
leg, the left front. 4. The outside shoulder, which in this
case would be the right shoulder. 5.
A horse at rest (not exercising) normally takes about
10-12 breaths per minute. 6. The
trot is a two beat gait.
